جزوه بتن پیش تنیده

استفاده از بتن پیش تنیده به جای استفاده از بتن مسلح به علت مزایای بتن پیش تنیده از بحث های نسبتا جدیده که متاسفانه وارد سرفصل های کارشاناسی مهندسی عمران نشده و همچنین در ایران آئین نامه  کاملی برای استفاده از بتن پیش تنیده طراحی و به چاپ نرسیده و مهندسان مجبورند برای استفاده از بتن پیش تنیده از آئین نامه هایی همچون

( BS (BS8110 , BS5400  و ACI 318 استفاده کنند.

همین طور که میدونید بتن تنش کششی رو تحمل نمیکنه و برای رفع این نقص  باید بتن رو یا با میلگرد های کششی مسلح کرد و یا میشه بتن رو پیش تنیده کرد حالا پیش تنیدگی چیه پیش تنیدگی یعنی ایجاد یک تنش فشاری بوسیله ی کابل های فولادی با مقاومت بالا (با  کشیدن کابل به روش های شیمیایی مکانیکی و حرارتی و رها کردن اون بعد از رسیدن بتن به مقاومت لازم  (روش پیش کشیدگی)) (و یا ایجاد تنش فشاری بعد از رسیدن بتن به مقاومت لازم (روش پس کشیدگی) ) به اندازه ی حداکثر تنش کششی که قرار است به سازه وارد شود تا تنش کششی خنثی شود و ضعف کششی بتن برطرف بشه .

استفاده از روش پیش تنیدگی برای رفع ضعف کششی بتن مزایایی چون کاهش وزن سازه و هزینه های اقتصادی به علت کاهش قابل ملاحطه استفاده از بتن و میلگرد ،کاهش ضخامت دال ها و ابعاد ستون ها و تیر ها و کاهش ستون ها و در نتیجه افزایش فضای مفید برای سازه داره  که نمیشه به این راحتی از بتن پیش تنیده گذشت.

در این پست براتون 3 جزوه در مورد بتن پیش تنده تهیه کردم که جزوه اول از دکتر بهرویان هست که در اون توضیحات تقریبا کاملی در باره بتن پیش تنیده و روش های اجرای اون داده شده . جزوه دوم  در واقع یک مقاله درباره طراحی بهینه تیرهای بتن پیشتنیده از دکتر ایرج محمودزاده کنی 1، مهدی حیدری وند رضا قلی قشلاقی و جزوه سوم که در واقع یک کتاب کامل درباره بتن پیش تنیده برای مهندسین حرفه ایه (کتاب سنگینیه و بیشتز برای دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و مهندسین حرفه ای کاربرد داره )  از دکتر محمود زاده است امیدوارم مورد استفاده واقع بشن.

مقاوم سازی پل ها با جداگر لرزه ای

همانطوری که  مستحضر هستید تقریبا در تمامی زلزله های بزرگ ، تخریب پلها در اثرفرو ریزش پایه ها مشاهده شده است . آسیب دیدگی پل ها در زلزله های سال 1994  نورتریج در آمربکا  و سال 1995 کوبه ژاپن  ثابت کردند که معیار تأمین مقاومت هرگز برای تضمین ایمنی پل ها و عملکرد مناسب آنها در حین زلزله به تنهایی ، کفایت نمی کند . تا کنون تحقیقات بسیاری با هدف یافتن روش های منطقی برای محافظت از پل ها در زلزله های شدید انجام شده است که در این میان جداسازی لرز ه ای (LRB  ) تنها راه حل مناسب برای کاهش نیروهای ناشی از زلزله تا حد ظرفیت الاستیک پایه ها ست . به این ترتیب پایه های پل از ورود به ناحیه غیر خطی مصون مانده که این به معنای  سالم ماندن سازه پل در حین زلزله است. ایده اصلی درجداسازی لرز ه ای ،کاهش فرکانس پایه ارتعاش سازه و رساندن آن به مقداری کمتر از فرکانس های حاوی انرژی غالب زلزله است . به بیانی دیگر جداسازی لرزه ای، پریود ارتعاشی سازه پل را افزایش داده و آن را از پریو د های حاوی انرژی غالب زلزله دور می کند و به این ترتیب انرژی ورودی به پایه ، ناشی از زلزله، با جداسازی لرز ه ای کاهش می یابد . دیگر مزیت جداسازی لرز ه ای فراهم کر دن وسیله ای جهت اتلاف انرژی است که انرژی وارد شده به سازه در نقاط معدود و به صورت کنترل شده ، اتلاف شود . به این ترتیب تخریب و آسیب دیدگی در نقاط خاص و معدود متمرکز شده وامکان تعویض این قطعات پس از زلزله وجود خواهد داشت.
